The reservation cancellation deadline for each general membership meeting of the Chapter shall be two days prior to the meeting and will be announced in the notice for that function. Reservations not cancelled 24 hours before the event shall be billed to the member or non-member within ten days of the event and will be due upon receipt.
Members attending the general membership meeting shall be charged for the meal whether they eat or do not eat unless a specific need exists and that need has been clarified prior to the meeting.
